Every Deep Sign blade is hand-carved from a single block of natural African Blackwood. No two share the same grain. Each piece is made by hand, for you.

Returns

Due to the handcrafted nature of each blade and the risks associated with international long-distance shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a qualifying defect.

What Counts as a Defect

• Structural damage (cracks, breaks) present upon arrival
• Significant deviation from the commissioned design (custom orders)

Natural grain variation, minor tool marks, and subtle asymmetry are features of handwork — not defects.

If an Issue Arises

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to make it right.

Commissioned blades are final sale. We collaborate closely during the design process to ensure the result matches your vision.
