Born from the embers of a forge long extinguished, Ashborn carries the memory of fire within its darkened grain. Legend tells of a master woodcarver who cast his finest work into the flames, only to retrieve it the next morning — unburned, but forever changed. The heat had drawn ancient resins to the surface, leaving veins of gold sealed beneath a shadow-black skin.
Each Ashborn is carved from African Blackwood that has undergone thermal conditioning — a process that stabilizes the wood and awakens its deepest tones. The result is a blade that feels ancient in the hand, as if pulled from the ruins of another age.
